GNC ("we") runs Doors to Worlds and follows Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. Doors to Worlds has no accounts and never asks for your name. This is a translation; if it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version applies.
Everything collected through cookies or browser storage is listed below. We do not take sensitive data or national ID numbers.
Legal basis (Personal Information Protection Act, Art. 15(1)): listing forms are handled with your consent (item 1). The rest is handled without consent: reviews and reports to provide the service you asked for (item 4), and entry records, link-code signals and IP addresses for our legitimate interest in rankings and abuse prevention (item 6).
A cookie is a small piece of data a site sends to your browser to store on your device. If you arrive straight from an outside link, one cookie (cwd, 1 year) groups visits from the same device. Browser storage, a similar technology, holds your device number, review key, nickname, past picks, hidden categories and the date you were last counted. Hidden categories and past picks are never sent to us. We do not use these values to find your name or contact details, do not use them for ads, and do not let other companies collect behavioral data here.
To refuse: in Chrome or Edge, use an Incognito or InPrivate window, or block and clear cookies and site data in settings. In Safari, turn on Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Block All Cookies. You can still view spaces, but clearing the review key means you can no longer edit your reviews.
We do not give personal data to third parties. Space operators see totals only. Entering a space takes you to its operator's site, where that operator's policy applies.
We entrust site delivery and record storage to the company below, which includes a transfer abroad.
Your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, and those companies may receive connection data.
We do not ask for or check age, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. A legal guardian may ask us to find and delete a child's data, and we will do so right away.
You or your legal guardian can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop its processing. You can edit or delete reviews yourself from the device you wrote them on. For anything else, email us and we will handle it right away. Device numbers do not identify anyone, so to delete visit records please include the number stored in your browser (cw-dev).
When the retention period ends or the purpose is met, we delete records without delay so they cannot be restored. We keep no paper records, and no law requires us to keep any of these items separately.
Connections are encrypted, only a fingerprint of the review key is stored, and storage access is limited to the operator's account.
